Great atmosphere to join cup of tea between shopping sprees

Got a bagel here and not fresh at all wouldn't be rushing back again

I'm a regular customer from this place and i really love to visit the coffee shop every day and drink my coffee there. The staff is very friendly and helpfulspecially the Italian lady. Thank you!

I am very happy to have seen Paola again. Her Italian spirit and her smile are what brings me here every day for coffee and a meal. She is always helpful with me, kind and makes sure everything is perfect. You are very lucky to have her in your team. G

This place has so much potential, the staff are kind and helpful with a good attitude, the coffee definitely improved in the last few months with the new baristas. However however overall it is on the pricey side, the Muffins and the sandwiches and paninis are nice and convenient when you're in a rush . I always see a queue and the staff are up to their necks with work, therefore the tables tend to be messy but they do their best. I never understood why they never hire more staff to keep things running smoothly. I would highly recommend their coffee.

Was there yesterday and the girl that was serving us was lovely and very friendly as for the manger that was a different story the way he spoke to the staff in front of costumers was terrible I felt so sorry for the young girl if you have something say to your staff do it in private not in front of everyone at the counter. Needs to be trained on how to be a good manger.😡

Very delicious muffins and friendly staff

I always loved getting muffins and a coffee here but haven't been back in a while until recently as I always found the coffee shop very messy. I feel though that the atmosphere in the coffee shop has greatly improved since a few months ago. I rarely see empty plates from previous customers on the tables, it always gets cleaned up quickly. The couches seem much cleaner too. The overall selection of the muffins even though it is on the pricier side, is worth it as they are very delicious. Overall, would definitely come back now! :)
