Bakers + Baristas in Dublin

What a selection of fresh muffins - lady was baking these while I was there!!! Went for Peach Melba muffin and was gorgeous - could be my new favourite stop in Blanch … staff were lovely… well done bb’s

I was in Blanch this morning and needed a coffee badly. So glad I stopped in here. Coffee is very good. Dialed in properly (bit of a coffee snob). Also really good service. Guy recommended a muffin (among other things). It was tasty and fresh. Will be back for coffee and a sandwich next time. 👍

I go here every day on my break, the coffee and food is great and all the staff are super helpful and friendly.

I visited this place when I was on holiday to Dublin. One blonde curly haired girl was very kind and help me to choose food and drinks. She kindly explain what are ingredients in the food and also give me advice what else I can visit in Dublin. Food was delicious and staff kind. I will visit this place again.

Thursday, 26 April 2026 Time: 5:10 PM Location: Bakers + Barista I visited Bakers + Barista and ordered a cup of tea and a muffin. The hot drink and the muffin were both very good, and I genuinely enjoyed every sip of my tea while sitting there. The location, layout, fridge display, and overall ambiance were also very nice. Unfortunately, the downside of my visit was the interaction with the staff. I was unsure which muffin to choose, and the staff member (a south asian lady with glasses) repeatedly asked which one I wanted. While I understand that I needed to decide, it would have been more helpful if she had briefly mentioned the available options and there were no names on the display , such as chocolate, caramel, or cinnamon. By the way it was not busy and i was the only customer at the time of ordering. I eventually chose the chocolate muffin. However, my tea was served in a takeaway cup, even though I had clearly mentioned from the start that I would be having it there. Tea or coffee usually tastes much better when served in a mug rather than a paper cup. I don’t think it was closing soon because a few minutes later another woman who was looking like this staff members friend was served a Latte looking coffee in a mug. What made the situation uncomfortable was the way the staff member responded with “That’s what I’m asking,” which felt a bit abrupt and left me feeling somewhat embarrassed. I believe the management at Bakers + Barista could improve the customer service aspect. As a manager of a well-known branded fast-food chain in Dublin, I understand how important customer interaction is from a guest’s perspective. Good service can make a big difference in the overall experience. Consider getting: A self ordering Kiosk or QR code at the tables. That said, the food quality, location, and ambiance were all very good. With a little improvement in customer service, the experience could be excellent. But i will be back next week. I am sure feedback is taken seriously and service can improve.

The pastries/muffins were delightful 🥐✨, truly a treat. The atmosphere was quite pleasant 😌, making for a nice visit. Service was adequate 🤔, nothing really stood out. While the price were a bit high 💸, we still enjoyed our time there. 👍😋

Food portions a bit small and pricy, but tastes very good. Coffee here is also a must. Very convenient, due to being near the middle of everything.
