Love the Swords branch, staff are always nice and coffee and muffins are great! Place is clean and nice looking.

Any time I have visited this coffee shop with my son, I have always been greeted buy a wonderful team who are always smiling and very helpful. Absolutely love there coffee....

My bestfriend and I often go to BBs for a cuppa and a muffin, the muffins as always were delicious, light and full of flavour. My issue today was with my drink - I ordered a soya vanilla matcha... when I took my first sip I had to spit it out, it was disgustingly sweet, impossible to swallow. I went back in and explained and the barista's initial response was the "well Vanilla is sweet!", I replied that it is my regular drink so I know it shouldn't be *that* sweet, the barista made another which was delicious. The only thing I can guess is that she took my request for soya milk to just mean "non-dairy" and used either oat or almond milk. Luckily, I am only intolerant to both oats and nuts and not allergic as doing this could have been very dangerous to someone who had an allergy. So my review is more of a request to "please heed the type of milk that the customer orders, because they ask for a specific milk for a reason!" Thanks.
