Lovely course in a semi-wooded undulating landscape. We played 18 holes on a Groupon deal. The staff were welcoming and the members equally so. Afterwards we enjoyed a chicken curry in the clubhouse before heading home. It was a lovely day out.

Myself & my son played Baltinglass GC on May 15th. We would highly recommend this course. Firstly had a very friendly welcome from the lady receptionist . We then commenced play. The course is hilly by nature so a buggy is probably a good option although we decided to walk. Fairways are lush and green with lots of wooded areas. The greens are beautiful and true but not as fast as they appear. The Green keepers & grounds men are doing a great job. We really couldn’t fault the course and will definitely play here again . Highly recommended

01/12/2025: June 2025 Quite pricey for what it is, not really comfy, but did the job on a rainy and stormy day on our bikes. The person responsible was really welcoming, gave us the room on very short notice and was there to welcome us on arrival.
01/09/2025: Absolute gem of a community-based centre with great accomodation for couples, perfectly located to discover all the wild beauty of north Mayo. The ladies running Teach Greannaí were exceptional. A great warm welcome and wonderful warm, home-cooked breakfast to nourish us. Definitely recommend and looking forward to returning.

24/10/2025: Food has vastly improved since I last visited over a year ago. Today I enjoyed delicious pancakes, ham & cheese toasted sandwich with cappuccino and an orange juice. Quick service, helpful staff and warm, clean surroundings. Free off road parking is a bonus. One star is lost for the seating arrangement. Tables for 4 will only be allocated for a party of 3 or 4. The tables that have 2 chairs are too small and uncomfortable for a couple, but are OK for lone diners. The café has a large floor space which is wasted with huge gaps between tables. Investment in a better floor plan would greatly improve the dining experience for a couple.
