We were the first ones there at lunch time. The door mat was filthy and the table was sticky. The menu covers a wide range of choice. The food is freshly prepared but I did not expect that, as a consequence, I would get my starter half-way through the main course.
After our tour of the Waterford Crystal we decided to walk about and find something to eat. I spied Bell Pepper on a street that was closed to automobile traffic and saw some of the dishes coming out of the kitchen and decided to give it a try. We started with Chicken Gyoza and followed that up with Chicken Pad Thai and the Singapore Noodles with Chicken. Better than most places and at a decent price. Service was attentive and everything was quite fresh.
