The food is very good, it is not oily. The fish is soft, melts in your mouth and rustic potatoes. The guys who helped us had very attentive service, spoke Spanish and advised us on what to order. The place is very nice, I recommend the upper part that has views of the street. Overall a good experience and very pleasant

(Traducido por Google) Servicio increíblemente lento. El miembro del personal tenía un inglés muy pobre. Dio muy mal servicio. En el lado positivo, la comida vale la pena esperar (Original) Service unbelievably slow. Staff member had very poor English. Gave very poor service. On the plus side the food is worth waiting for

My teen age daughter is coeliac and her favourite treat is chicken tenders and chips. Beshoffs is the only current restaurant / fast food chain that offer this to my knowledge. Some McDonalds locations can do gluten free chips but not all, same with some Eddie Rockets who can do a plain piece of chicken and chips. The choice of an occasional fast food treat for coeliac children (and big kids) is terrible in Ireland. All it takes is a seperate frier / preparation area. Fair play to Beshoffs for doing this, my daughter was delighted. They also offer all fish as gluten free too. And its all delicious. Service was very quick, you pay at the counter and its brought to your table by friendly staff. Can't fault them at all, thank you.

Great quality in fresh cod! Everything is fresh and made at the moment. I used early table app so the price was really good.

The fish and chips were lovely! The only thing was, when I asked for an extra tea bag, as I like strong tea, the server wanted to charge me extra for it😡

Good - very great place to eat THE well known fish and chips. I love that the placemat contained information about the food, and about their contribution to sustainability. I am not too big a fan of fish, and even though the fish was HUGE and the price was very great, I amper completer the whole mes and definitely felt full for many hours after. Would recommend.

Mama Yo

27/01/2025: Second time here, great atmosphere. Food seemed nicer the first time I was here. Definitely on the pricier side but the restaurant is beautiful. Cocktails were really good.
20/01/2025: We booked a table for 10 people to celebrate a friend visiting from Australia. The €55 set menu is mandatory for large groups which is fair. First warning though, the €55 set menu is more expensive than the individual items combined from the a la carte menu (approx. 10-15% more), and this was excluding the 10% service charge for the large group (no issue with service charge). This is outrageous as the selection is quite poor. The first red flag as we arrived was that we were originally seated at two separate tables and had to request to be moved. The second red flag was that one member of the party could only stay for one course but was forced to order a full 3 course set menu for €55 rather than just getting one starter. Absolutely no need to be this strict and it soured the mood from the start. Thirdly, we were double charged for our water (11 euro at €5.50 per bottle). And to add insult to injury, the server had asked all of us about steamed or boiled rice but never informed us that it is an extra 1.50 for fried rice which was another disappointing surprise when the bill arrived. I mean, talk about a clown fiesta. Altogether, the €55 set menu cost us €70 on average excluding drinks which left us feeling robbed and was terrible value for money. Overall disappointing experience where we were not made to feel like important customers despite the fact that we were bringing a large bill to the restaurant. Just terrible.
