Great place for breakfast and brunch with the family, followed by a nice walk at St. Stephen’s Green. Had the Irish breakfast and a scone… I seriously needed a walk after. Portions are generous and full of flavor, service is friendly and attentive, you really can’t beat the location either.

Beautiful building and interior design - Harry Clarke glass and Jim Fitzpatrick works of art historical importance It's a bit more crowded, but the atmosphere is pleasant nonetheless. The service is very attentive! I chose a (daily) soup, I think it might be enough for a lighter (!!) lunch, 2 slices were served with tasty soda bread and local butter, so it was a very pleasant flavor combination! (around 8 euros) Vegetable soup was not at all tasteless, it had a particularly distinctive and intense taste! I highly recommend it! But I can't comment on the other dishes.

The setting is very beautiful but we were very disappointed by the quality and quantity of the cuisine... Count 52nd for two small breakfast plates and two coffees... Despite this, the service is very pleasant and the servers are very attentive .

We did partake of our morning meal at this fine establishment, and verily, it was most wondrous. The fare presented was both delightful and most pleasing to the senses. I partook of the renowned Irish feast, with the pinnacle of mine enjoyment being the bacon – cooked to a perfect crispness, paired with fresh, soft bread, wholesome and tender, with a subtle sweetness upon the tongue. The union of the savory bacon and the gentle sweetness of the bread was, indeed, a marvel to behold. Moreover, the milkshake, crafted of the finest Oreo, was a treat most delectable. As for the ambience, it is most splendid, truly a setting befitting nobility. In sooth, I hold this experience in the highest regard—10 out of 10.

A Taste of Perfection at Bewley's Oriental Café If you're looking for a delightful experience in Dublin, Bewley's Oriental Café is an absolute must-visit! I recently stopped by for brunch and was blown away by the quality and freshness of everything I tasted. First, the fresh buttermilk scone was a dream – light, fluffy, and baked to perfection with just the right balance of sweetness. It paired beautifully with their homemade jam and clotted cream. A perfect start to the day! Next, the fresh egg sandwiches were simply outstanding. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and the sandwich was generously packed with flavour. You could taste the freshness in every bite, and the combination of ingredients was spot on. To top it all off, their coffee is divine. Rich, aromatic, and brewed to perfection, it provided the perfect complement to the meal. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or just need a good cup to get you going, this is the place. The café's atmosphere adds to the charm – a blend of history and modern elegance, making it the perfect spot to relax and indulge. Highly recommend stopping by for a true taste of Dublin!

Nice place to visit. Staff were efficient and able to seat a party of 6 within 10 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon. Order was taken quickly. For 6 hot drinks, one portion of pancakes and 5 desserts/ cakes the total was over 100 Euro. Was very tasty although the coffee wasn't as warm as it could have been. Nice place to experience though.

We had lunch here and the food was excellent — just the right size. Service was terrific — we were seated with just a short wait (it was crowded with lunch goers). Our waiter gave honest and good recommendations, and the piece was quite reasonable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice place for lunch, coffee, or desert on Grafton St.

The Yacht Tavern

23/03/2024: Great pint of stout pre and post concerts in the 3 Arena👍
05/02/2024: Returning to The Yacht in Ringsend, Dublin, after so many years was an experience I'll cherish forever. This pub, a cornerstone of Ringsend, welcomed me back as if no time had passed at all. The moment I stepped through the door, I was enveloped in a wave of nostalgia, but nothing compared to the feeling of sitting in my Grandad Peter Coleman's chair once again. It was as if the years melted away, and I could almost hear his laughter echoing in the background, blending with the lively chatter of the pub's patrons. The Yacht has always been more than just a pub; it's a gathering place for the community, a spot where memories are made and friendships are forged. Seeing childhood friends and catching up over a pint felt like coming home. The camaraderie and warmth of the people there made the evening unforgettable. It's remarkable how the place has managed to retain its charm and character through the years, serving as a beacon for those of us who have wandered far from home. The ambiance of The Yacht is everything you'd hope for in a classic Dublin pub – it's cozy, with a friendly buzz that makes you feel welcome from the moment you enter. The staff, knowing and gracious, contribute to the pub's inviting atmosphere, making sure every visitor feels like part of the community. Whether you're a local or just passing through, The Yacht offers a slice of Dublin life that is hard to find anywhere else. Revisiting The Yacht and occupying my Grandad Peter Coleman's chair was a poignant reminder of the past, but the joy of reconnecting with friends reminded me that some bonds remain strong, no matter how much time has passed. The Yacht in Ringsend is not just a pub; it's a treasure trove of memories, a place where the past and present converge beautifully. I'm grateful for the night spent there, stepping back in time while making new memories to carry forward
