There were two of us for breakfast. The service was friendly, the food was good. The service was a bit chaotic.

This place is excellent. It is really beautiful and special looking ln the inside in a way that does not come through in the pictures. The menu is phenomenal, we went both for breakfast, and lunch/tea. Our kids had wonderful meals and were treated very well, but I also would go there with adults only for a nice time. The service is excellent, every staff member was exceptionally kind and professional.

Bewley’s on Grafton Street in Dublin was an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was truly first-class—attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout.
The rooms are beautiful and full of character, making the whole place feel special and unique. The food was also excellent, with everything we tried being high quality and well-prepared.
On top of that, the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Grafton Street, which is easily one of the best spots in the city.
Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

An absolute Dublin institution. The Harry Clarke stained glass windows are stunning and the interior is beautiful. Perfect spot for a coffee, tea and a treat. A bit of old-world charm in the heart of the city.

The Mary cake was the worst I’ve ever tasted :(
This isn’t a good place to visit solo. The cake was very sweet, dry, and I wanted to drink a lot of water. The description of it sounds good, but in reality the taste disappointed me. But the people around had nice looking towers of goodies. Maybe I'll come back here with a friends for tea.

We loved this place for breakfast and almost ate here again the same day for lunch, we liked it so much. Service? Excellent! Food? Perfect! and the building itself is a work of art. Can't recommend it enough.

This spectacular Art Deco café, with its Egyptian Revival influences (inspired by the discovery of Tutankhamun's tomb), has been a meeting place for writers such as James Joyce, Samuel Beckett, and W.B. Yeats. It's a listed, five-story, century-old red-brick building. Its façade features Egyptian mosaics, and most notably, six stained-glass windows designed by the renowned Irish artist Harry Clarke (completed shortly before his death in 1931). Works by Pauline Bewick and Jim Fitzpatrick are also on display. Inside, original fireplaces and a bright atrium with a balcony overlooking Grafton Street have been preserved. On the first floor is Bewley's Café Theatre, an intimate space famous for its Lunchtime Theatre, which has hosted concerts, comedy shows, and cultural events since 1999. It's the only original Bewley's Café still operating in Dublin (the others have closed). A must-see!
