One of the best if not the best brunch I've had around this area.
The service was fantastic. Staff was very kind and informative. We got a complimentary brownie because of the long waiting times and it was delicious.
The location was perfect, overlooking the shores of the Irish sea.
My friend really enjoyed the cappuccino and the goats curd dish. I had the Turkish eggs and it was absolutely brilliant. The sourdough was fresh too. We had a side of sausages that were great as well.
Only nitpick I could find if I really tried was that the poached eggs has a jelly like yolk, it would have been nice to have it runny.
Will definitely be returning, and I happily highly recommend this place to anyone!

I never like to mention other businesses in my reviews but if the managers of Avoca happen to read this PLEASE send your young waitstaff here to be trained!! What excellent service we had from 4 young women, not one of them one 25 and all fantastically attentive.
The Middle Eastern flavours at brunch were delicious and the variety on the menu was enough to make you feel as though there was a choice to be made without feeling over whelmed. The seaside setting is lovely and the interiors are subtle…not to mention, dogs are very much welcome (and celebrated) inside.
All-in-all, the best breakky we’ve had in a long time. See you next weekend!

I recently visited Bibi’s Cafe in Dun Laoghaire with a friend, and it was a delightful experience! The location of the cafe is absolutely stunning, right opposite the sea, offering a mesmerizing view that enhances the overall atmosphere.
Upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who promptly offered us a table and handed over the menu. The menu is concise, featuring a unique selection of dishes that piqued our curiosity. At first glance, it might be hard to envision how the food will look based on the descriptions alone, so we sought the staff’s recommendations. She was incredibly helpful and suggested a few options, which led us to order the squash eggs, arancini, morning bun, and cappuccino.
The service was impressively quick and efficient, allowing us to enjoy our meal without much wait. When the food arrived, we were delighted by its beautiful presentation. But what truly stood out was the taste—each dish was packed with unique flavors that I had never experienced before. Every bite was a revelation, and I found myself savoring the delightful combinations.
I must also mention the cappuccino; it was served in a generous-sized mug, unlike many places that opt for smaller cups. The coffee was not only visually appealing but also delicious, with a rich quality that left me thoroughly satisfied.
Overall, my experience at Bibi’s Cafe was truly enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this gem at least once—it’s definitely worth it! Whether you’re looking for a beautiful view, unique dishes, or a great cup of coffee, Bibi’s has it all.

A True Culinary Gem by the Sea
Brunch at Bibi’s Cafe was an absolute delight. The view alone is worth a visit—10/10, with a stunning sea view that adds a touch of serenity to the dining experience.
The staff were incredible—warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, creating a friendly yet refined atmosphere.
The food was truly a culinary adventure. I was pleasantly surprised by their inventive twists on classic dishes. As an Italian, I loved their arancini with Taleggio cheese. It’s a beautiful fusion, combining the classic flavors of Sicily with a nod to my own northern region. The result was nothing short of extraordinary!
If you’re looking for a memorable brunch spot with an unbeatable view and innovative cuisine, Bibi’s Cafe is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

lovely coffee place along the dun laoghaire coastline. i had the squash eggs which was done to perfection and so delicious! however, we were drawn to the place because we heard that they do matcha lattes but were quite disappointed by the drinks, the matcha lattes had no matcha flavor and the chai latte was just an overpowering cinnamon taste.
