My daughter emailed the hotel and got.an email back to say nothing.was found.My make bag contained.over 200 hundred pounds of products and perfume.We.had.a beautiful stay for my birthday but this has been very annoying.The.room was beautiful.with an ocean view but the pillows were not of good quality.For a 4 star hotel I would.have.expected better.As I have said losing my make up was very dissappointing to say the least
03/03/2026: We had a great weekend and caught the start of the spring weather. The staff were always on hand making our stay at the spa fun.
