BIGFAN in Dublin

Super great food. A nice departure from the typical Irish fare. Everything was delicious

Discovered via the Michelin website, a very pleasant surprise. You have to book, and it's worth it. The sea bass dish is worth the 30-minute wait, which you can make up for by ordering corn and other snacks. The waitress was very pleasant and gave good advice.

Brilliant all-round, loved everything we ate (the chicken, and duck wings in particular), the drinks were fantastic and the service the same. Can't wait to return!

The meal at Bigfan was an absolute highlight, and we've become big fans of the restaurant! The menu is very extensive and offers a wide selection of very innovative dishes, even for vegetarians and vegans. The menu is presented in a tapas style, allowing you to try and share many different dishes. The individual dishes are served one at a time, which we really liked. The portion sizes vary, and the prices are really fair. The staff was also super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was stylish and modern. The only downside was that the noise level in the restaurant was very loud due to the music and conversations, making it difficult to have a conversation. Since the restaurant was busy, a reservation is definitely recommended.

Pricey but delicious! The service was great, our waitress was very friendly and explained the restaurant concept to us. The food was absolutely delicious, although very expensive for such small portions. The duck wings were the star of the show, I found the recommended cheeseburger wagyu dish to have been the most underwhelming dish overall.

Not a BIGFAN of this place tbh. Expensive even for tapas. I saw my friend’s eyes fill with tears when the waiter gave her the 3 little mini dumplings she paid like 8/9€ for (not pictured) If ure prepared to spend quite a lot then by all means! Flavor n presentation is good!! Cute atmosphere inside too.

Loved the concept (it’s little dishes like tapas). We ate almost all the vegetarian/vegan options and they were very tasty and delicious. Service was perfect.

We loved everything we ordered here. Every dish had amazing flavor. Pork dumplings, soup dumplings should not be missed, we also ordered and enjoyed the duck wings, spicy chicken, corn ribs, and bao buns.

While the food tastes good, the portion sizes are ridiculously small and don’t equate to the price or quality. Dishes are served as they are ready but the wait in between dishes made sure that my girlfriend and I couldn’t have our food at the same time at all.
