Multiple times dined here now.
First time was incredible, recommended to everyone to try but it doesn’t deliver the hype as much as before anymore.
Highlights were:
Top of all, pork snowflake.
Last time the flake was not so crispy but it made up for it this time.
The rest of them were good but not so much as before. Taiwanese chickens were better in Fidelity personally.
Prawn toast was great. Pineapple salsa was great addition.
Food used to be amazing but some were disappointing.
Service-wise, it could be improved.
I understand that they make all customers to be close together for quicker serving the dishes and because of other bookings later but 3 tables were too close to each other and we all felt awkward, not comfortable to chat because you could hear them breathing.
Majority of tables were empty so I don’t really know why.
We went in as they opened the door at 2pm on the weekend.
We were the first one sitting inside.
After a few mins later, someone else sat right next to us when restaurant is not full at all.
We would have requested to sit somewhere else but it felt more awkward since we were already sitting and someone else sat down after us. Also, they could hear us since tables are really close each other.
Overall, it was still good food but doesn’t deliver as much phenomenal experience as before.

To start off I'll say the food was fantastic. You should try it at least once. Will I go back... no. The service was horrible. We arrived just as they opened and still it took over 2 hours for all our food to arrive. At one point we sat there for over 35 minutes with not only no dishes coming but also with no one making any contact. They need to work on the CS. Someone needs to check in (never happened at all). Someone simply acknowledging that we've been waiting a long time goes a long way. We had to flag them down for more drinks and to add food. We even asked if we could add something and were told just write it on the sheet. No one came back for the sheet. Lost revenue. At this price point, really at any price point, customer service is key. We had to flag someone down for every single interaction. Unacceptable. Part of me wishes the food sucked... but it didn't. It was great.

Ben & Joulani took care of us and we felt at home. There is a very good atmosphere and even though they were full they gave us a table. I recommend making a reservation. Thank you very much I will return 100%

Genuinely the best restaurant I’ve ever been at. The staff are attentive, the food is absolutely divine, we even packed up some dishes to enjoy at home. They have an amazing vegetarian/vegan selection as well as meat and fish ones. This is our second time coming here in the last month and we don’t intend to stop. My top restaurant to recommend to anyone. Also very easy to book tables online. 10/10 in every regard
