We were looking forward to coming here as a gang of mostly Malaysians and Singaporeans as we were craving laksa. The laksa was amazing! It was pleasantly high on turmeric and soothing for the weather. The yi bin noodles were rather oily and not spicy enough personally but you can request for sambal or chilli oil. The portions were the laksa were huge and if you have a small appetite, it can be shared between 2.

Went to Bite of China a few weeks ago and the staff were super welcoming! They have a bubble tea shop up the front and kitchen towards the back. The lunch menu on till 3pm is great for value, but the best dishes on the menu are the dumplings and laksa!

23/10/2025: Great bar in a very central location. Its always busy which is a great sign in itself.
22/10/2025: Just wants to say a word about Joe! He is the perfect example what is the Irish Welcome! We went to the pub to eat but they couldnt offer the food we wanted so we said good bye and left. He came out to the street after us and reserved a table in a nice restaurant in a phone Call. He walked us over the place. We had a nice chat with him. Never experienced anything like this before! We had a great dinner, best Burger in that pub! Thank you Joe! We will be back for a drink!

The Vintage Room

08/10/2025: Lovely pub on the N81 after Tallaght. Plenty of space to park, clean place, nice staff and lovely food. I went there for lunch with my 4 year old and my partner, the fish and chips and chicken wings were lovely. The batter of the fish was light and crispy, the chips were perfectly cooked ( something you dont always find! ) I would go back to try other food on the menu.
