We visited Bistro couple months ago ,some dishes were fine some were kinda soggy. Salads,chips,milkshakes are great in there but holy moly these wings turned me off.They were saturated in oil ,they were soft,I honestly expected them to be crispy but I suppose that's just my preference,was not happy for them .Anyways bistro now offers an Inidan cuisine that is just off the top good,fresh meat,lovely spice,hot dishes ,fresh rice just class.We have ordered indian couple times in last month and definitely reordering

Had our holy Communion celebration in Blayney Bistro, owner was very nice letting us decorate restaurant evening before staying with us and helping till midnight! Great reception the day of, food was amazing and very generous portions of it. Highly recommend for celebrations up to 30 people! Thank you again for great service Blayney Bistro👍👍👍
