Proper! Fresh Cod and chips, this is my 4th occasion, I have to say 5 stars, great value as well, certainly the best around this area. No closing early like the other's.

16/06/2026: Hotel was absolutely immaculate food was fantastic the rooms extremely clean and very tidy the service in the restaurant and the bar was fantastic a special thanks to Riva who looked after us with kindness a total Gentleman hotel was only a short walking distance to the train station I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely will be back thankyou to all the staff who where extremely helpful and kind I was made very welcome
