As a Dubliner - allow me to recommend this spot to foreign visitors. Great décor and atmosphere. Steer clear of Temple Bar and have a drink at Bowe's! Arrive early to snag some of the (admittedly limited) seating.

I can honestly say, as a culchie sometimes you don't have a great welcome but Rob the barman is a rare find. So friendly and his whiskey recommendations were spot on. A genuinely lovely guy in a lovely pub. Can't wait to come back..thank you Rob..... amazing barman

20/05/2025: Dalla mia ultima visita oltre 10 anni fa, Panem è raddoppiato in estensione. Il personale è sempre molto accomodante, i prodotti sono sempre molto buoni e fatti in casa, la caffetteria probabilmente è la migliore della città. Molto ben collocato, prezzi modesti.
