Exceptional pint of Guinness. We (6 mixed-race men) were welcomed here on Tuesday after being refused service at Mulligans by a racist barman. We felt down due to our treatment and Bowes made us feel welcomed. We came back on Wednesday morning before our flight back home, though sadly we are unlikely to return to Dublin due to the treatment at Mulligan’s

A very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. There are an equal number of women and men. A tip from the tour guide that was absolutely worth it.

Lovely old world pub great Guinness and you can even get a toastie ham and Chesse. Staff are A1.

Was in Bowe's twice last month. Specifically for the Beamish and not disappointed. Great pints, bartenders, locals, craic. Eager to return!

Not cheap but the best pint of Guinness in Dublin consistently good.
