04/05/2026: Outstanding Service at Reception – Thank You, George! We stayed at Carton House on Saturday 25/04 and wanted to take a moment to specifically recognise George at reception. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests and made everything feel effortless, always with a warm smile and a positive attitude. George’s professionalism combined with his genuine care really stood out and made our stay even more special. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so well looked after from the very first interaction. He is a real credit to Carton House, and we sincerely hope his efforts are recognised. We will definitely remember his kindness and hospitality. Thank you again, George!

03/05/2026: From arrival to departure, everything was amazing. We stayed in a stunning suite, and the high tea, whiskey tasting, and dinners in Morrison and Katherine's Kitchen were fantastic. And above all, the very friendly and helpful staff completed the experience. One of the best ACCOR hotels we have ever stayed in, and ALL membership is highly recognized.
