Extremely kind and welcoming staff, very warm and comfortable atmosphere, delicious food/drinks and absolutely spotless, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. A very easy 10/10

We couldn’t believe it when we saw a whole Braeburn coffee place!! We love Braeburn coffee and often buy it in Applegreen. But it was nice to sit down and drink it from a cup for a change. The staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is nice and chill.

Still need to “take notes” to be like “Starbucks”. Pasties are not that great if you are use to Starbucks. Cookies are hard. I asked for the white chocolate raspberry and as you can see- NO raspberry found! When I asked about their color and texture, they told me they were all that color at the bottom and all hard. Not even intended to find out why I was asking. I bought the apricot pastry. It was bland and chewy. The only thing worthwhile is the apricot seemed real😉 Coffee? I ordered the White Mocha- no sweetness to it! Just coffee but the milk and look were great. I had to pour 3!” Sugars to have any sweet taste. Again, my point of reference is Starbucks white chocolate mocha. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The staff is friendly overall. Lukas is really nice!

25/08/2024: This restaurant can be hit or miss. Sometimes you get hot and fresh food. Other times you just know its been thrown together and is only lukewarm! Today I ordered the new Buffalo Tower meal. The guy taking the orders was not very friendly. It seemed to be an inconvenience to him when I said what I wanted to order. He never said Hello or any greeting just "what can I get you" abruptly as soon as I got to the drive thru order point. The burger was so-so. The cheese wasn't melted. It wasn't piping hot like it should be. The lettuce and sauce was OK but for 10.95 for the meal should be better. The chips were fine and the drink. I forgot to scan the App (QR code) at the drive thru where you can play the game to win free food, but that's my fault. (I probably wouldn't want to inconvenience the guy taking the orders anymore anyway!) Not sure if I can still play the game as I still have the receipt? I probably can't now? Anymore, I think I'll just go into the restaurant and order on the kiosks for takeaway and forget the drive thru. There is always a queue inside for the 2 self-order screens. There is space to have a few more than just 2 seeing as they don't allow orders from the tills anymore!

Puffin's Nest Cafe
