Love this cafe. We love acai bowls and coffee But please turn off air conditioners, it's freezing and not cosy to sit in for a cuppa when cold air is blowing.

On some days they're selling old cakes. It had to be on display 2 - 3 days, as it was all dry. I don't like writing negative comments, but it wasn't the first time it happened there.

Casual customer here. Today, I wanted to order a Chai Latte with a milk alternative (really tasty at this shop), but there seems to be a pricing discrepancy every time I make this order! The staff attempted to charge me €4.80, but the correct price should be €4.45 or so (€3.90 + €0.55 for the milk alternative). I mentioned to the staff that this has been happening every time, and usually, the cashier corrects the price. However, this time, a staff member (with blonde hair) didn’t listen and insisted on the wrong price. Her tone wasn’t professional at all. I did end up ordering another drink eventually. Please fix this pricing issue and, moreover, the lack of a professional tone when the customer is spilling simple facts! On a positive note, the other staff are always polite and cheerful! Thanks.
