Braeburn Coffee Drive-thru in

Had a wonderful meal today and a fresh warm drink, it was quick and friendly service. The one thing I did see that really annoyed me was a young man been sent out to "sweep" "pick" litter around the drive thru during torential rain and wind. This is no way to treat an animal let alone another person. While I get they may be new how are they ever going to learn walking around a drive thru over and over looking for stuff to do? Management should do better awful to see "jobs" like this going on in this day and age.

Good drive thru opening hours, plenty of options and friendly service. Also reasonably priced. Love the outdoor seating options too!

Casual customer here. Today, I wanted to order a Chai Latte with a milk alternative (really tasty at this shop), but there seems to be a pricing discrepancy every time I make this order! The staff attempted to charge me €4.80, but the correct price should be €4.45 or so (€3.90 + €0.55 for the milk alternative). I mentioned to the staff that this has been happening every time, and usually, the cashier corrects the price. However, this time, a staff member (with blonde hair) didn’t listen and insisted on the wrong price. Her tone wasn’t professional at all. I did end up ordering another drink eventually. Please fix this pricing issue and, moreover, the lack of a professional tone when the customer is spilling simple facts! On a positive note, the other staff are always polite and cheerful! Thanks. Edit: 5-star review for the new efforts I noticed.

The coffee is delicious! My favourite thing about this place is the staff though. They're always so friendly and make each journey so pleasant.

Staff are always friendly and efficient but no facility for tipping when paying by card. Staff deserve a little extra, I would tip if it was made available. Coffee is good but pastries a bit disappointing. There are better and more substantial almond croissants out there. Air con can be a bit off putting and a hoodie or jacket are advisable.
