After a long day of travel from the UK I wanted something "fresh", Brambles didn't disappoint.
Veggie quiche, with carrot salad and morrocan couscous salad with a latte was my choice. Great that the salads weren't smothered in dressing, plain just as I like them.
Using a walking aid I was wondering how to get to a table. No problem my tray was carried to an empty & clean table without any asking.
The quiche was warm and with the cold salads plus green leaves was just the fresh hit I needed.
The latte was still hot when I'd finished eating, bonus.
I'd definitely walk up there again, just for the food and service.
An excellent spot for a quick healthy breakfast before hopping on a train to Galway. Clean tables, quiet acoustics, friendly staff. Very professional!
Reasonable prices, good portions.
Staff was friendly, helped us order. Had the mocha and some of the pastries. The banana bread was dry but ok taste wise. One of the drink coolers was off so it was a little confusing where to get cold drinks from. Yes a few birds came in but didn’t cause a fuss.
If you’re looking for a place to sit in the station and get some coffees and a few nibbles it’s good but could improve a few things. Pastries are 5 each, coffee was 5 I believe. Mixture of premade sandwiches also available.
Absolutely love the food here it's excellent I had got many a take away while getting my train at Dublin Houston and it's just great also its in the train station so not far to walk at all I also went in for a dinner as my train was delayed and it was yummy so definitely 100% for me on the food the staff are really nice as well
I am not sure what all the bad reviews are about since I had a superb lunch here, where the staff service was very quick! Dressings on the table in front are brilliant for the staff serving your desired order and I had a tasty chicken sandwich with mushrooms, sweetcorn and sweet chilli sauce. This was served with a salad, table is very clean itself!
