Bread Naturally in Dublin

Stunning produce, the queues outside are understandable.

I’ve had the joy of having some of the best pastries around the world from France to Japan and everywhere in between. These guys are elite. And the coffee is 10/10 too.

Came on Sunday morning. Pastries were a bit dry for my taste. I understand the almond one was double baked but that might have taken away from the fluffiness. The butter croissant was just OK. The danish was a lot of dough and not enough filling. And too dry again. We bought a loaf of miso/sesame seed bread. I could not taste the miso but maybe it was there somewhere? The bread was much better though. Overall the bakery is a cool place. Might give it another shot in the future.

Proper warm vibe as soon as you walk in. No fuss, just genuine friendliness. And the bread… sweet divine. The sourdough is off the charts altogether. You’d be thinking about it the next day.

Such good pastries! I got an almond croissant and an oat hot chocolate. The croissant was so big and nice and crunchy outside and super soft and lots of filling inside. Just a perfect pastry. Though the hot chocolate was a bit boring but at least the oat milk was frothed to smoothe perfection. And the staff were really nice

It might just be the greatest bread bakery of all time. 🙌 The staff are top drawer. Honourable mentions to the lovely Aisling, Adam and Saibh. 🤗 Friendly, helpful, and bring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. 🍞And the bread… insane. Special mention for the Turmeric and Miso Sourdough.

Unfortunately, we arrived shortly before closing, so there weren’t many pastries left. Still, we got to try a wonderfully balanced cardamom brioche. It was not too sweet, but full of flavor. I would definitely come back to try more. If the coffee were better, this place would be outstanding.
