Amazing spot for true coffee lovers! I tried the Colombia natural coffee – perfect for the morning, rich and refreshing. The croissant with mixed fruits and pistachios was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is cozy and modern, and the staff are super friendly and always happy to help you choose. Highly recommended — definitely a place worth visiting! ☕🥐✨

Great coffee, great food and great cakes. We were overcharged, didn’t realise and was approached by a staff member straight away to rectify the issue. 10/10

Dropped by around noon on a rainy Dublin day for a mid-day coffee break, and Brew Lab absolutely nailed the vibe. From the outside it looks small and unassuming, but once you step in, it opens up into this warm, wood-filled space that feels both hip and cozy.
There’s even a dedicated corner for your dog water bowl, treats, the whole setup which instantly tells you how much attention goes into every detail here. Right at the counter, a glass display case loaded with brownies, cookies, and cake slices catches your eye; basically every perfect coffee companion you can imagine.
The staff? Genuinely impressive. Super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their craft. They actually chat with you about your coffee preferences to make sure you get your cup, not just a cup. I loved their all-natural approach no syrups, ethically sourced beans, and flavor that speaks for itself.
I went for a warm oat latte (learned my lesson after a few tongue-burning experiences) and paired it with a slice of spiced carrot cake because, well, rainy weather demands it. Served on a wooden board with a side of water, it was simple but thoughtful. The latte was phenomenal smooth, balanced, and probably one of the best I’ve had lately. The carrot cake complemented it perfectly.
Paid around €10–12, which felt totally fair for the quality, service, and atmosphere. Brew Lab is one of those places that turns a regular coffee stop into a full-on experience definitely worth the visit if you’re in Dublin.

This is the place I choose every time I feel like drinking an excellent quality filtered coffee, the experience in general is unique compared with other places that offered me V60 coffee before, Brew Lab staff took the time to make the coffee in front of me and tell me how the process works in each step, resulting in me coming each time and trying all the coffee selection in the menu.

I love the pistachio croissants here, but it’s rarely in stock unless I visit in the mornings. Charcoal latte was good too. Lemond cube was rather dry but the other desserts were really nice.

All round place to come for the coffee, service and atmosphere.
Only drawback is there is limited seating so be prepared to wait or have to take away.
