Update: adter a few more visits I am writing a short review. I am more of a coffee quality than vibes person, but Brew Lab is in my opinion the best coffee shop in the area- and the staff are a huge credit to it! To add, it’s the nicest and most consistent americanos I’ve had of about 20 shops in the past year. It’s a shame about the cup volume and some of the discounts were reduced

We visited Brew Lab on Sunday and it is the best coffee shop I ever been to. My partner ordered a pour over coffee, and I had a chai latte. The pour over was a real experience with the staff member talking passionately about coffee and the different stages. Although I don't usually drink coffee, I tried the coffee he made and really liked it! It's the first time that I feel like I could drink a full cup of coffee as it was fruity and not bitter at all.
He also helped my partner choosing a bag of coffee. Fantastic customer service! Unfortunately, we forgot asking for his name, but I think that he was Korean as he translated the name of an ingredient on his phone from French and I believe the language was Korean. Hopefully it will help identifying him and thanking him again :)
Also, the lady that made my chai latte also did the cutest latte art on it (a seahorse) so many thanks to her too.
We will definitely visit again when we return to Dublin!

Really lovely coffee, great choice of different beans on espresso. Massive selection of retail bags and equipment on sale also. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Great place!!!
Finally, a good dirty oat chai latte!
A real treat, the staff are friendly and cheerful, it's a pleasure!
One small complaint: why put raisins in the banana bread?

It’s actually quite hard to find places in Ireland that serve coffee this well. The space is cosy yet modern, and the way everything is presented really adds to the experience. It feels welcoming without being overwhelming you can truly enjoy your coffee without being disturbed. Highly recommend!

A lovely bakery with a beautiful display of pastries, but the baking is really poorly managed. The cookie was far too dry. I hope the photos help demonstrate this. Quite a shame, especially considering the price of €4.50. They should be careful not to offer overcooked pastries and hope for the best that there won't be any complaints.
Because a failed cookie (even one the baker noticed) shouldn't be sold. If the batch is overcooked, it's not for sale.

A quiet cafe with a simple, functional layout that encourages relaxed visits. The environment stays calm and unobtrusive, which makes it easy to remain seated without disruption. It’s a good option for slowing down and enjoying uninterrupted time at an easy pace.

Simply one of the best coffee shops, if not the best coffee shop in Ireland.
