Had the day two of our wedding in the upstairs function room of the Strand House. The platters that were served were beautiful and came out on time. The staff were always very pleasant in the lead up to the event and on the night. The management were very accommodating no matter the request or query.

Food was delicious and arrived promptly. The waitress was very friendly and helpful

Decor is nice fresh but a little cold. Apart from that it was very nice.

🌟 Unforgettable Experience at The Strand House! 🌟 From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed impeccably by Jauri, who made our visit truly special. Even without a reservation, he promptly arranged a table and guided us with warmth and care. We received the menus and quickly chose an Aperol (authentic and simply wonderful) to start. For starters, we had the Jamón croquette, which immediately impressed us with its flavor and presentation. For the main courses, we opted for two distinct dishes: the duck and the burger. And here is where the magic truly happened—Chef Cris is absolutely phenomenal. Her talent and creativity elevate the restaurant to an entirely new level. Every dish she prepares is a masterpiece, perfectly balanced, beautifully plated, and bursting with flavor. She is, without a doubt, the heart and soul of The Strand House. The duck was divine, with perfectly paired sides and flawless presentation. My burger? Pure perfection: juicy, fresh, generous, and incredibly flavorful. We left The Strand House completely enchanted. With exceptional service, exquisite drinks, and Chef Cris’s culinary brilliance, this is a top-tier dining experience like no other. I will be returning again and again!

First time at The Strand in Fairview last night and I was really impressed. My pal and I shared four starters and loved every one of them, but a special mention has to go to the gnocchi — bloomin’ eck… do not leave without trying it. Really friendly staff, spotlessly clean, and we’ll definitely be back.

UPDATED EXPERIENCE PLEASE! CANT belive it. I’ve returned to the bloody strand house. Thought it was a mental spot at first from the big quiz. Place on wheels. Unbelievable crack. I’m not talking the white stuff. Hahahah I went for a ROLLUP outside at least 8 times. There was where I meant juan. Spanish man, very nice and had a tight figure, sufficed to say I was a fan instantly. We hit it off and he came back to mine where I beat him 7-6 as shamrock rovers and he was bloody REAL Madrid on fifa. He left after that fuming, said I was cheating. He doesn’t know how to do finesse shot. I had the chicken wings again and bloody blew the head off me. Nice and spicy. Cheers strand house !

Went here for dinner last night with my friend and it was amazing gorgeous food. Bangers and mash and potato and leek soup with black pudding and brown soda bread. Would highly recommended for drinks and food to anyone. Not overly expensive either!
