Bru House in Dublin

A charming neighborhood pub that offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The interior is cozy and inviting, and the super friendly staff makes you feel right at home. They have a great selection of beers. While the atmosphere is lovely, the food was the real highlight. The fish and chips were amazing—the crust was light, crispy, and flavorful without being oily, and the chips were equally delicious. The surprise of the night, however, was the limoncello tiramisu. It was a fantastic combination of flavors and textures; despite the generous portion, it was so good I couldn’t resist finishing it. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxed and delicious meal.

Posting for my partner who goes there regularly and keeps telling me how nice it is. He goes before Shelbourne matches and has something different to eat each time, has raved about how all good it always is. The pints are "like milk" and he says the manager is lovely. It's not often he rate somewhere so highly so I wanted to post a review 👍🏻

A friend from the U.S. recommended this place to me before my trip to Dublin. He said the food was excellent and the service even better. I agree. It felt like an authentic (not touristy) Irish Pub experience. I had the Fish and Chips which were great--amazing sauce with horseradish mixed in. There were many locals who the staff knew by name (always a good sign). David is the Bartender and he spent time discussing beer options with us. He was a delight to talk to him. 100% recommend.

Pub near our rental. The owner is incredibly welcoming. He gave us lots of recommendations for our stay. We went back on Sunday evening to enjoy the live music and try the Guinness. Go without hesitation.

What a local gem. Exactly what you want from a pub- a good pint, great staff, wonderful food and Sunday trad sessions.

Popped in for a bite and had a lovely chat with the barkeep. The chicken dish was very good and the space is very large.

Went for a couple of drinks with friends, got treated to excellent service by Victor, the waiter, really took care of us. Will definitely be going back, worth it for the service alone. Top marks!
