Bubble Waffle Factory in Dublin

25/08/2026: Stopped by for a drink after dinner and ordered the Bubble Bee. It had a very strong smoky whisky/oak aroma, almost like a nicotine smell. If you don’t like smoky flavours, you may want to avoid this one. Great atmosphere and service though — will try other cocktails next time.

23/07/2026: I visited the Devlin Bar for lunch today, arriving around 1:00 PM. The establishment was notably quiet, with a limited number of patrons present. I ordered a toasted sandwich accompanied by a side of fries. The fries were expertly prepared and presented in a metal pot alongside my main course. The sandwich was exceptional, featuring a generous filling of chicken, bacon, lettuce, and a dressing that harmonized the flavors effectively. This was complemented by a refreshing cold beer. I highly recommend this well-appointed bar to anyone seeking a pleasant light lunch in a comfortable setting.
