Buglers in Dublin

Top class pub food and great service.

1st time here. Best customer service I've received in years. Staff are obviously well trained, they look for something to do instead of slouching on phones. Brilliant!!!! Thin base puzza was lovely and crispy the way it should be (as opposed to raw and wilting down your fingers like most other places) and generous toppings. Really really good. Go here.

They do a nice breakfast but the small breakfast option can be inconsistent with what you get as menu says one thing but breakfast itself may leave you short. Pints are good especially the Guinness, staff are decent but can be slow to serve. Dinners and food in general is amazing.

Best Chicken Cesar salad in the whole of Dublin 16.

16 euro for a fry an 3 euro for a tea. 19 euro for a fry all in. Mental. Prices need to come down or tell paying customers to bring their own tea bag. The food is good and it's a nice place for families.

Fish and chips are not great fish was like a greasy sponge on the plate. Been several times all other times good experience all round except the awkwardly placed sign that states wait to be seated then staff just look at you and keep walking by all the while your standing at the edge someone’s table while they are trying to enjoy there meal. It’s a weird situation

Buglers was always a very nice local pub. Family friendly and enjoyable. It has been very well revamped in recent years and while is still quite pleasant it now has pretentions of perhaps, a " high end" establishment in the city centre .While the food is excellent, the prices are very high for where the pub is located in the suburbs. I object to paying €4 extra for a coffe/tea with a breakfast that costs €15! They would not do poached eggs instead of fried with the breakfast! Seriously??? They do not seem to welcome " little humans" with buggies barred from the main area inside. Buglers You need to address these issues . It is NOT the " family friendly " pub it was before.

Buglers is a family local of ours for years, but this was our first time having breakfast there,for starters the tea and coffee isn't included in the price which is very unusual for a breakfast menu,my sister wanted to swap a fried egg for a poached egg and we were told under no circumstances could we substitute any of the items on the menu,which I found ridiculous, I usually love the food in buglers especially the lunch time menu,but I won't be having breakfast here again, The staff were very friendly though,lovely girls!
