Bunsen in Dublin

The shortest menu I’ve ever seen. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. No endless options, no unnecessary extras—just an outstanding burger and great fries. Every visit has been consistently excellent.

One of Dublin's most classic burger joints, with high-quality ingredients and no frills in their burgers. The menu is just a card, with a choice of Burger or Cheeseburger, single or double, nothing more (and nothing more is needed, really). You can add extras like bacon, or get it with the classic toppings (which I recommend). The meat has great flavor and seasoning, and the burgers are a good size. If I had to find a fault, sometimes the meat isn't cooked exactly as you order it (I usually order it medium or slightly rare, and they tend to come well-done), but the meat is still juicy and flavorful. Also, their sweet potato fries are some of the best I've ever had, and their Bunsen beer is quite good. Every time I'm in Dublin, I stop by this place, and I'll continue to do so. A sure bet, and for me, one of the best burgers in Dublin 💯👍🏼

Burger was tasty and service was nice. Good location near Temple bar if your sightseeing. Not fast food so you will wait a little while.

The best burger I've had in a long time. They ask how you want it cooked, and medium was absolutely perfect! The quality of the meat was also perfect! They have beer in cans, but there's a great selection from a local brewery. It was maybe a little crowded, but the service was very attentive, and we got a table right away.

Excellent meat, the menu is surprisingly small. The potatoes are a must-try. The waiter's service is impeccable. The only place we returned to during our trip through the north of the country.
