Delivers high quality food for a pretty decent price. Burgers and shakes are excellent, fries aren't the best but are still worth the price. Service is good and fast as long as you don't go at absolute peak times (e.g. I was seated in about ten minutes on Monday night and left after waiting for about an hour on Friday night).

2 things that I really like about Bunsen are the simplicity of the menu and the consistency of the quality.
The menu fits comfortably in one business card as basically it contains only beef burger and a short selection of the most common toppings to choose from

Every time we have been to Bunsen in Ranelagh it never disappoints. The service is always outstanding, with their staff being so friendly and nice. The burgers are absolutely delicious, no matter how you want them served.
Fries are really tasty as well, my preference is shoestring and the portion is always generous.
I always recommend trying their milkshakes as they are very rich in flavour specially the chocolate one.
We will definitely be back, as it is one of the best branches.

Bunsen is one of those places that gets straight to the point: simple but well-made burgers with quality ingredients. The meat is very good, cooked to perfection, and the bun is decent. Best of all is the price: for Ireland, it's not bad at all. It's hard to find a good burger at this price in Dublin. If you're in Ranelagh and fancy a no-nonsense burger, this is the place for you.
