In principle, it's okay, a burger is a burger, you can take it. They brought an empty glass and didn't say that you need to fill the Coke yourself)

The staff at the location was great. The establishment looked clean. The food is mediocre. Everywhere in the world I've tried to eat it and today was no different. A $10 crispy chipotle chicken sandwich with one sad slice of tomato, white lettuce and limp bacon. The marketing team really did a good job making it look like it could be good. Thankful I was able to ask for a return

Don't know why they use that photo, the food was perfect! On Keto diet so only get burger patty and cheese and they didn't make a big deal about it "have it your way" I guess 😏👉
