Butlers Chocolate Café, Blanchardstown Red Mall in Dublin

The one and only time I visited Butlers I was really disappointed. I ordered tea and a cake for myself and hot chocolate and cake for a little 9 year old girl. We were served and sat down to enjoy, no sooner had we taken our seat when the manager came over and said they were closing. We had to leave the premises with our shopping and hot tea and chocolate in hand. We placed it in the nearest bin . I think we should have been advised that the premises were closing. I have never gone in since. Not good customer service .

Coffee is always fantastic from here !!

Such nice hot chocolate. Thrugang (i think that’s her name) was so good at making the hot chocolate it tasted the best. Staff are always so nice. Butlers beside m&s

My wife can go shopping ,I can stay and chill with nice coffee.
