My daughter has recently dropped phone in the gab between the wall and the sofa. We couldn't get it out and manager Oksana offered help by providing utensils that might help but nothing worked. I left my details and she let me know the next day that phone has been taken out and that we can collect it. Went overboard with helping out, that's the kind of service that's not seen often. Thank you for sorting us out!

The service was very slow. I bought 2 boxes of chocolate. I had to wait 20 minutes for 2 boxes of 7 and 14 pieces of candy to be packed. It's too long!

The one and only time I visited Butlers I was really disappointed. I ordered tea and a cake for myself and hot chocolate and cake for a little 9 year old girl. We were served and sat down to enjoy, no sooner had we taken our seat when the manager came over and said they were closing. We had to leave the premises with our shopping and hot tea and chocolate in hand. We placed it in the nearest bin . I think we should have been advised that the premises were closing. I have never gone in since. Not good customer service .
