Butlers Chocolate Café, Liffey Valley in Dublin

Staff very impersonal. One staff member was friendly but the rest seemed that they wished they were somewhere else. Took quite a while to get a coffee. I watched them as I had a coffee. Place was very busy with 5 staff.

Coffee and chocolates are excellent. The giant mirror while you're waiting is a great touch.

I visited Butlers Cafe in Liffey Valley for a quick bite and a hot drink, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service. The cafe is cozy and inviting, with a nice selection of cakes, sandwiches, and salads. I ordered a chocolate muffin, which was deliciously soft, and a dark hot chocolate, which came with a free chocolate of my choice. The hot chocolate was rich and smooth, and the chocolate was divine. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend Butlers Cafe to anyone looking for a satisfying and indulgent treat.

Lovely place to have a coffee and cake. Chocolates are gorgeous, such a treat. The only thing if it's busy not alot of seating, but worth a visit you will not be disappointed with the beautiful Chocolates.

No doubt the taste is always good. But weren't able to find a seat. It was quite busy but there were customers who were seated for long even after they were done with their coffees. Staff could had managed this situation.

They need bigger premises coffee and chocs are lovely. Service can be a bit slow but staff are lovely. This store needs a bigger premises. You get served quick enough but there is a bit of a wait for the coffee and the shop can get quite jammed.

Nice coffee but they forgot the syrup. Always love the chocolate with your coffee.

After a drink of this hot chocolate, you will never be the same. And that’s coming from a coffee lover. It’s literally just melted dark chocolate and creamy milk, with all the glorious consistency and texture one would expect from such premium ingredients.

It’s a mall chocolate place. Staff was pleasant and efficient but you probably don’t want to hang out here for long. Get your stuff and go.
