My favorite coffee shop in Dublin and Ireland. Excellent coffee, cappuccino and other hot and cold drinks, always accompanied by an exquisite chocolate! Fair prices and welcoming staff! The loyalty card is recommended to get 1 free drink every 10! I hope they make gluten-free desserts soon!

Rude, rude, rude. Told off for not collecting my tea ‘I called you four times.’ I walked out. Avoid. As a codicil, I was contacted by the Butlers company who took my complaint seriously and took steps to resolve the situation. Visiting again in 2024, the situation is completely resolved!

Best coffee ever!!!! The international staff know many languages! They are all so kind!!!! It's a must any time I go to Dublin.

My friends and I stopped at Butlers Cafe almost every day, sometimes more than once a day, and pretty much every time we came across one. The hot chocolate is incredible and unmatched. My favorite was the praline hot chocolate, but a couple of my friends absolutely loved the dark hot chocolate. The little chocolate samples that come with the hot chocolate were fun to try different ones each time.

Only tried the matcha kiwi lemonade and a hazelnut truffle. The truffle was good and not overwhelmingly sweet. I'd go back and try a few more. Couldn't figure out what the lemonade tasted like and it was quite fizzy, but refreshing

We fell in love with this coffee & chocolate chain, they are all over Dublin. Coffee is great and with each coffee one gets a piece of delicious chocolate. We also ended up buying some chocolate as it is simply top notch quality. We went to 3-4 different Butlers cafes and the staff were always very friendly. If you love chocolate and coffee then this will be heaven for you
