Review for Butler’s Chocolate Café ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Butler’s Chocolate was definitely an interesting (and tasty) experience! We stopped in for the famous hot chocolate, though to be honest, I didn’t think it was the main star of the show. Some of the small chocolates, though? Absolutely delicious. I’m a big fan of salted caramel, but honestly, everything in the display case looked like it belonged in a fancy dessert magazine. To their credit, they start the hot chocolate by ladling melted chocolate straight from a crockpot—which, let’s be real, is how all hot chocolate should begin. I got the marshmallow version, and the family ordered the standard Butler’s hot chocolate. I’ll admit it: family for the win... the classic was better! Overall, it was a fun, cozy experience and one I’d recommend everyone try at least once. Chocolate lovers, this is definitely your happy place!

Good chocolate but customer service left a lot to desire. Cashier not engaged with customers at all, asked him a question and he just blanked us, stood there just took the money and that’s it. Might as well just have a self service machine as he didn’t bring anything to our experience. Hire people with social skills

Except for the Brazilian who keeps taking all the orders, all the other attendants are very rude the service was disappointing.

Tienen un gran problema con la aplicación, casi nunca tomo el café gratis. Compro 9 cafés y después cuando tengo el gratis sigo pagando. 🤬
