Butlers Chocolate Café in

Best place to get something to drink in the airport. I like to have a chance to edit the drink how you like. But it is really busy.

Great service and atmosphere. Price also reasonable. Got a free white chocolate with my order. Was disappointed they had no sauce (red, brown or mayo) ...in a cafe! So I had to eat the sausage roll without any.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great food, disappointing service. The food and chai latte were top-notch, but the staff were extremely rude and grumpy this morning—no greetings, no smiles, and no warmth whatsoever. I simply asked for an extra cup as I was travelling with elderly family members who couldn’t finish a full chai latte, and even that seemed to be an inconvenience. A little courtesy and a smile would go a long way. Unfortunately, the poor service left a bad taste despite the excellent quality of the food.

I would give 5 stars for the quality of the coffee, but I’m lowering my rating because they didn’t blend my iced mocha. When I asked, they said they don’t have blending. Also, the loyalty card doesn’t work there.

I got a iced latte which was 4.40 and added a pump of caramel syrup for an extra forty cents which for an airport is a deal

Perfect evening cappuccino from Butlers at Dublin Airport ☕️ Rich, creamy, and exactly what I needed

I wanted to praise the customer service from Roberto and Diogo. Amazing service, very polite and the coffee and food were spot on. Great experience

Great customer service from employee named Jamie! He's very enthusiastic and you can tell he loves his job. He took my order for a latte with coconut milk. Very well made and will be back when passing through Dublin airport!
