I was traveling from Dublin to Amsterdam on Saturday 3 January. It was the first time for my wife to travel with a hidden disability. I asked the staff if it was at all possible to lower the volume of the music. They actually turned the music off! Butlers's staff really made my wife's day. Thank you very much, you did more than we asked and thought was possible.

Amazing coffee and honestly the friendliest staff, everyone is such a great vibe and a free chocolate with your coffee. Thank you to the lovely red haired Dublin girl for treating us very well

Butlers is the best in Ireland, the one in T1 is always good to stop by before travelling, and the staff is always kind regardless of how busy they are, Marcelo prepared our order and was really nice to us.

A 5 minute walkthrough on the floor would have sorted a lot of mess here. Really untidy and grumpy service. The general feeling that no one cares.
