A great Guinness from here with a cosy interior to enjoy it. The outside in the back is small but enjoyable to drink in, with nice weather you can sit out the front also nice. Can be loud with a mix of ages

Absolutely genius having a little coffee shop hole in the wall for people to grab a coffee when the pub's not open.

Staff first class . Good value and cosy. Only issues are some of the obnoxious locals putting feet on seats and blocking the doors inside and outside..

Great old style pub in Dublin. Good craic and a sharp barman. Dog friendly and a great pint of Guinness. All clientele very friendly. Definitely worth a visit. And this is coming from a Corkman!!!!!

Lovley historic pup on the N11 the main artery of South dublin. Great pints and the bar man elliot was top notch. The toastie was unbelievable for a quick snack between pints. Easy to get to by bus. Highly recommend

La Pausa Caffe

20/08/2026: Breakfast burrito and Bacon omelette, wow! Filling tasty and brilliant. 1 orange juice would have done both of us. Great value.
14/08/2026: Very nice food, coffee and staff. They even gave me a new coffee when I went to the bathroom and they cleared my table! Very lovely place and nice friendly atmosphere.

Ryleigh's

01/09/2026: Ryleigh’s is one of the rare places in the neighborhood that opens at 8 am for breakfast. And what a way to start your day with the pork belly toast (€17). It’s more gratifying than a full Irish breakfast served in most places. Pair it with tomato juice to cut through the fatty goodness. All this, with great views of the river.
30/08/2026: The restaurant, its ambiance, and the service were all excellent. My husband, my twelve-year-old son, and I had dinner there, and we absolutely loved the restaurant, the decor, the food, and the atmosphere. The open kitchen makes it entertaining to watch them prepare the dishes. The most popular dish, and the one we ordered, was a Tomahawk steak with a choice of sides, which was outstanding. The homemade dessert was also very elaborate and top-notch. Both the maître d' and the waitress were incredibly friendly and attentive. It's located a bit outside the city center, but easily accessible, very modern, and also quite attractive. The terrace has lovely views of the River Liffey. Everything was perfect, but I would especially highlight the service and the professionalism of the chefs.
