Café at Butlers Chocolates, Clonshaugh in Dublin

My daughter and I had the most loveliest afternoon at Butler's cafe, Clonshaugh. I had a gorgeous hot chocolate and my daughter had a toasted sandwich and a milkshake. The little chocolates we also got were lovely. A staff member there Nathan was so helpful and extremely friendly, the overall experience was so lovely. We will definitely go back again.

Hello all Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with Butlers in Coolock. The staff seemed to be in a consistently bad mood, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Service was extremely slow, with long waits for both taking orders and receiving them, even with online orders. This is particularly disappointing because the previous group of staff was much better. They were friendly, efficient, and communicative, which made every visit enjoyable. The stark contrast between the two groups of staff is quite noticeable. The combination of the staff's poor attitude, slow service, and lack of communication made for an unpleasant visit. I hope the management can address these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

I visit Butlers in clonsaugh nearly every day and I love the café, The down side is the music ! It would be brilliant if the music was more of a chilled type of music instead of the latest chart toppers pounding away , Everything about the cafe is great ,ie ,Staff are lovely and the coffee no doubt is the best coffee anywhere around , The inside of the cafe for some reason seems to magnafie any sound so the music so loud takes away from the whole experience, relaxing music for me any day . I'm writing the review as I'm in Butlers and looking around me I also noticed that the people are not young teens that would appreciate the type of music banging out of the speakers..

Love butler's & this one has new toasties sandwich options which are delish!!
