You come here for a proper smash burger, probably the best in Dublin—even if no one will ever say it out loud. The fries, thin and crispy, are impeccable for those who love this style. They don't use pork, but what they do with beef and poultry is top-notch. There's real substance, not just aesthetics. Unlike other city chains that invest heavily in branding, storytelling, and stage presence, here the focus is entirely on the dish. And it's a choice that pays off, for those who recognize quality. The place has a rugged and authentic soul, but there's a practical aspect that deserves attention: the smell of fried food is very persistent and risks ruining the experience. An improvement on this front would help further enhance an already excellent gastronomic offering.
