Caffè Nero in Dublin

Typical Caffè Nero, but very noisy.

Very nice when there's experienced staff making the coffee or they're supervising trainee batista, otherwise if it's a trainee alone coffee isn't always great. But great food, hot chocolate, atmosphere etc

Cafe Nero is at great location near Stephen Green park and Grafton street. Large spacing with comfortable seating.

Myself and my Mum are here Visiting from the UK, we were a little reluctant to go as we saw the horrible reviews about the staff but decided to go anyways as it was the only place open early on a Sunday. The atmosphere of the store was warm and cozy, heating as it was quite cold and quiet background music, up to Nero standard, the coffees were amazing and we had the choice of the milder coffee which we took! The scone could also be heated for my mum! The young blonde barista was very welcoming and had nice smile on her face, very patient with us as we were deciding what to have, we returned the patience as she was a trainee. Her coworker (glasses and blonde) seemed to be very patient and friendly also, helping the trainee with if she needed and also offered to help an elderly couple with their tray as they couldn't carry it. We sat in for a while and was very nice, we did enjoy it and when I asked for takeaway cups as we needed to go, they had no problem with putting them in takeaway cups for us, would definitely come back if we came back to visit😊

Chocolate was good but the lady with the glasses and tatoo is realy not friendly, she talk us like we are a dogs and she doesn't say hi she doesn't give a look a us
