I usually come here for a day's worth of computer desk work when I am nearby. The one time I sat away from my usual spot, my phone fell awkwardly into a corner between the seat and the wall, and I was mortified that I had to go tell staff. Luckily, Aki was super friendly and determined and we found a way to retrieve it, which was super kind of her!
