Stunning and Chic Hotel, Comfy Beds, Quiet Rooms, Amazing Location My boyfriend Alex and I came from London to stay at Cassidy’s hotel for 2 nights. We stayed in the Heritage Double Room (Room Number 564) and had a buffet breakfast included in our booking. We were so impressed with how close the Aircoach bus stop was located to the hotel (about a 1 minute walk). This was so convenient and meant not a long walk with heavy luggage. Cassidy’s Hotel was fully decorated in Christmas decorations, which made it feel so magical. The front of house staff were efficient and helpful during check-in and check-out. The room was much bigger than we expected! There is a large wardrobe and plenty of drawers to put clothes in. The bed was incredibly comfortable and like sleeping on a cloud! There was a large TV, Coffee, Tea and Kettle station, a massive safe for personal items, a huge balcony with a table and chairs set. Although there was not a mini fridge in the room we were given two bottles of still water each night. The room has the same 3 pin plug sockets we have in England, so we didn’t need any adapters. It even had a USB and USB-C ports for charging devices. The bathroom was lovely and very spacious. It had a rainfall shower which was amazing. We came back to fresh towels each night in the room. They had Rituals Shampoo and Body Wash in the showers included too to use. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious and had large variety of hot and cold breakfast food. The staff in the restaurant were extremely friendly and very fast to serve us, making us coffee and toast each morning. They had a huge selection of food: Bacon, Hash Browns, Sausages, Eggs, Cereal, Yoghurt, Weetabix, Fruit, Granola and Pastries to name a few. As well as a selection of fruit juices and water with Ice. We absolutely loved eating here each morning and everything was perfectly cooked. The location of this hotel was idyllic. We were able to walk everywhere and never needed to use a taxi or bus. We only used the AirCoach to get to the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. It is by some really handy shops and it was fast and easy to get to any tourist attraction spots. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we loved every second. If we make another return trip to Dublin, we definitely would book this hotel again. Highly recommend and a 5 Star experience without a doubt. Thank you for such a magical stay!

Views of an alley. The only redeeming feature of the hotel is its good location. The rooms are spacious but very poorly lit. The bathtub drained poorly and took ages to empty; I had to leave a note for housekeeping to replace the toilet paper. Cleaning was minimal or nonexistent; they only made the beds. The bathroom wasn't cleaned once, to the point that they didn't even empty the trash can. Hotel staff would bump into you in the hallways without even saying good morning; in fact, if you weren't careful, they'd practically run you over. The breakfast was typical English fare, and the rest was a bit of everything, but with little variety. In short, the hotel needs a major renovation, and my recommendation is to replace the cleaning staff. I've never stayed in a hotel where they didn't even change the trash cans. 👎

Were staying at the hotel. Decided to try one of the two in the hotel. Did the bar/bistro for more barlike foods. Food was full of flavor. None of us walked away hungary, disappointed in our choices. So i think that in itself was great not having someone whiny about a meal not as they expected. Will come back

A three-star hotel that deserves its four stars, right in the heart of Dublin, just a 20-minute bus ride from the airport. Clean, quiet, and soundproofed rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent on-site restaurant.

This hotel has a very good location and is ideal for visiting by car, thanks to its private parking. The rooms are comfortable and quite spacious. The common areas are quite nice, and the staff is attentive and professional. The location is particularly noteworthy, as you can reach most of the major tourist attractions on foot.

Foley's Bar

16/12/2025: The stew was delicious. I wasn't asked how it tasted during the meal, nor how the beer the bartender recommended tasted. It also has the feel of a cozy pub if you're with people you know, but if you're alone, you won't get any conversation. Not even if you're sitting at the bar; the staff don't seem particularly welcoming to tourists. Perhaps the bartender wasn't in the mood today; during quieter moments, he leaned against the bar rather than chatting.
28/11/2025: Booked the sitting room bar in Foleys Bar for my sisters hen party. The staff were fantastic to deal with from start to finish, so friendly, helpful and professional, especially Jazmine who dealt with our booking from the start and then Shane on the night. Thank you so much for everything!

Pacino's

06/01/2026: Fantastic food, service, and quality. Highly recommended.
03/01/2026: So. After a day carrying bags for an (almost!) 17 year old, I had the good fortune to find myself staring at the menu outside Pacino’s door. Saying that I was hungry was an understatement. The bags I was laden with were beginning to look edible. Dublin on a Saturday, at 5 pm, I tried more out of hope than anything by asking the nice girl inside the door was there any chance of a table?!?!… and I truly don’t know what class of an angel was looking down at that moment (…possibly the one that looks after lost causes???) but she said YES!!! The place looked stunning, all still decked out in twinkly Christmas lights, and the menus are delightful, with something for everyone. We had a mix of starters, mains and pizzas, and one common theme throughout them all- they were all as equally exceptional as each other. The “Arancini Al Funghi” is to die for… delectably delightful balls of mushroom risotto, with a crispy coating and an arrabiata sauce- it s perfection. The pizzas are just how Nonna likes them… light and airy with just the right amount of topping, and the flavours from those toppings jump out. I had the Salami & Gorgonzola with oodles of smooth blue loveliness all over it. Pacino’s is definitely my new favourite Dublin eatery, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it just feels “right” if you know what I mean? The only downside is that I need to find an excuse to get back over again soon!!! Treat yourself, I know if Al is ever in town, he’ll stop by… 😉 17/10 for pizzaness… 😇
