26/04/2025: When we arrived, despite staff passing by/at till/grabbing menus, etc, we were not engaged with, even with a 'somebody will be with you'. It made us feel uncomfortable and not knowing what to do. Then when eventually someone tended, they went to people who had come in after us first... a simple asking who was first or anything. Just some attention needed at door I suggest. Food was wrap & super salad. Tasty as always. Food was out fast and on point. No cutlery on table prior to food arriving, no h20 ever arrived, coffees were tasty but arrived after food. No acknowledgement that error had been made. Again, paid bill at till and went out door. Again, nobody said thank you, good bye or anything. It was really an issue tbh & service needs attention, in my opinion. Price is at the higher end & as a result, the equivalent level of service is expected. Location is fabulous, sat outside.
