Chaplins Bar in Dublin

When Tipp turn up, very nice bar with great staff and governor

Enjoyed my time in this pub last month , got all the right stuff to make it a local , but unfortunately had to return to miami. Great pint , best prices by far in the area , close to all the fun spots and gets a real happy to be there following. Pizza is a big hit , and got a upstais comedy club. May the passing of time never diminish its style...gerry.

wasn't the worst experience but the staff got so rude after a while. one of the managers i assume yelled at someone in our group as he was sitting on the chair the "other way" and the chair must have fallen at some point. like no offence but that could be said way nicer. and after that happened i went to go ask for water and the bartender just shoved it in front of me, like there is no need for all that attitude. if you can't tolerate working there i'm sure you're better suited elsewhere! :)

Great bar in the centre good value too.

Never had a bad pint or time in Chaplains.

Better prices for beer than around Grafton Street, quite a noisy student crowd - generally a decent local without any pretensions
