Chaska IFSC in Dublin

We had a lovely time at Chaska restaurant! They offer a fantastic selection of Indian dishes, catering especially well to both vegetarians and vegans. The food was delightful, and it's an excellent spot for hosting a large group.

Had a wonderful experience yesterday. Being a vegetarian, I chose to have a vegetarian thali giving me a delightful taste of everything. It had a samosa for a starter. There were 2 pieces of naan. Along with a handi of rice, there were 6 bowls containing different items. One had chole masala. Another had masoor dal gravy. Another one had spicy gravy with paneer. Another one contained peas with mushroom. The last two had yogurt and kheer (sweet). All the bowls provided a unique taste and didn't seem repetitive. The ambience was wonderful with bollywood posters on the wall and music in the background.

I had an incredible dining experience last week at recently opened Chaska Bites at IFSC. The dosa was crispy and flavorful, the Manchurian was perfectly spiced and addictive, and the Kathi roll was packed with delicious, fresh ingredients. Every bite was bursting with authentic flavors. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the experience even better. The ambiance was vibrant and inviting perfect for a relaxed meal. I have visited this place today and the ambience is amazing. If took me back then india and the food is really yummy. I ordered chicken katti roll and the taste is too good.

Good to go for a corporate team lunch, food is decent not the best Indian though. They change menu in evening and then rates are comparatively higher thus might not be good value for money.
