The cinema is ok. Watched two movies here, but the audio is really due for replacement and renewal. It sounds quite bad. But the staff was kind so that’s nice.

Very busy, long queues to get food, toilets not the cleanest. IMAX screen is great.

I saw Spider-Man: Brand New Day in IMAX4DX and it was something else. The seats move, and when it rains in the movie, you actually get splashes of water. When Spider-Man swings between buildings, you feel bursts of wind. There are all sorts of other effects too, moving your seat around and making it feel like the action is happening all around you. It honestly feels like you're right there in the movie.

The imax and 4dx auditoriums are still being maintained, and the staff all appear to be trying their best. Having said that, 1/2 the toilets and escalators are out of order at a given time. The carpets are worn, the bar is closed, and the long hallway has an odd smell. I do hope this location doesn’t close, as it’s the only large scale imax in the city centre, but this place is desperate for renovation that the corporate parent might not have funds to do.

The screen and sound is good, for "Imax", But the chairs are nearly negatively vertical, terrible, not reclining, spending 3 hours in a more vertical position than Ryanair's flight is a non sense. Not sure how can it be the Standard???

I only go here for the IMAX experience, which is stellar. Yeah, the screen is huge but it's the audio that blows you away. Incredible movie experience. But everything else is shoddy. The place is dirty, toilets regularly broken, broken hand-dryers and just generally an unclean place. Worst of all is the service at the popcorn counters. Everything just moves so slowly. How it can take them so long to serve customers is a mystery. The management must be intentionally mediocre or simply not present at all. And the layout has been terrible for years. How can they not see that people don't know where to queue up and not fix the area up? This setup, and the general unkempt nature of the place let it down badly, which is a shame, and frustrating as they are issues that can be easily fixed.

Kind of expensive both on snacks and tickets but the cleanliness in the toilets and the screen rooms as well as the quality of the snacks need some improvement, lots of movies though and the IMAX is great

As many reviews mention, the place would benefit from some maintenance and refurbishment, as building is old and a bit run down and some screens are old. However, some auditoriums were refurbished and screens provide excellent experience. Special thanks to staff who are always extremely helpful and friendly.
