The seats are very comfortable. The best thing of this cinema is their subscription, which is the best deal of all the one I compared in Dublin. They have 4Dx 3d and IMAX screens which I am yet to try. This is a hidden gem, which I think is worth trying.

The cinema itself is great, but the staff doesn’t seem like they want to be there. Half of them are rude and dismissive, especially the tall, dark-skinned guy. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there at all and rolled his eyes at everything we asked him.

The cinema feels dated and needs some love/investment. A few of the bathrooms were out of order, and there was graffiti in the one I did use. The popcorn was huge and the cinema room itself was fine but the lobby areas smelt of stale urine and the place would certainly benefit from a freshen up. The staff we dealt with were good, including the ticket checker who made a movie reference for the one we were seeing which was comical (in a good way)

IMC swooped in with a distressed acquisition and gutted the cinema for its assets, another raid by the Ward cartel. IMC has become the vulture circling the cinema landscape in Ireland. Avoid it, and do not buy Unlimited if you intend to use it, because the new owner will not honor it once they take full control.

Downstairs lobby was dark. Weekdays, you have to go up two levels to buy tickets because most of the self-purchase ticket machines were inoperable.

19/07/2026: Excellent cafe, food is creative and very tasty! I do love their ethos of using their own grown and reared food to serve. Always and interesting menu, beautiful salads mix ❤️ i sometimes find it very noisy/echoes with the open plan though. Maybe some higher screens to seperate sections would help? 🤔
25/04/2026: Really lovely, family-friendly spot with gorgeous seating, especially around the water and greenery, that’s definitely the best part of the place. That said, the switch from self-service to full table service doesn’t really suit it, in my opinion. It used to be much handier being able to order at the till and then just pick your own seat, it felt a lot more relaxed. The current spring/summer menu is also a bit disappointing. There aren’t many options, and nothing really stands out. No kids meal as well. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, so I was genuinely looking forward to it, which made this visit a bit of a letdown. Hopefully they make a few changes again soon.
