Enjoyed the movie. The lobby's
Feel a bit bare and cold. No real atmosphere. It would make all the difference.

I like this cinema and the IMAX screen is generally good.
Few bad points. They never reopened the bar after COVID. It just sits there as an empty wasted space. Re open it. Bring some sociability back to the cinema experience. It was a great meeting place before a film.
Another problem is that they'll only advertise one film at the front. Before it used to show multiple films and walking past I'd be reminded of a film. Now you'll see horrendous advertising for just one film I don't care about. So I keep walking.
I've been going to this cinema for nearly 25 years. Some of the first films I've seen there; Mystic River, Napoleon Dynamite, Zatoichi. I hope it never closes.
Overall the staff are great. It's generally clean. And there's a decent selection of classic films they show as well. Much appreciate for some of the older films. Some films I missed originally get shown there and it's great

Few machines worked to pay for the ticket. It is a fairly old building.
Otherwise, everything is “ok”. The popcorn was also tasty.

IMAX. First 20 mins of the film you forgot to turn off the lights. One man went to find for someone but nobody was there. He was angry. And I tried to call the number here, but nobody answered the phone.
It spoilt all the spirit from the start.
Though the movie was great.

Really accessible by public transport, the renovated screens are amazing but the only problem are the toilets, sincere request to provide cleaner toilets.

Cineworld pass is worth it mostly.
Had a screening cancelled today, without the knowledge of any staff members who were very helpful about it and confused as to why I didnt get an email. I did receive the email, 3 hours and 8 minutes after it was supposed to have started.
Screens 10, 12, 13 and 14 are great. Comfy, reclining chairs, etc, however, screens 1 to 4 are fairly dingey.
The escalator down from first to ground floor has been broken ages and it is completely inaccessible at the moment due to the lift up from ground floor being out of order. There is no notice online or in the building of this, until you stand at the lift door, which is behind a locked door at ground level. My partner is recovering from a knee dislocation and really could have benefitted from even just knowing she would need to use stairs in advance.
