Very welcoming service. Helped obvious out of towners... us... feel at home. Let us know about food wagons outside and that we could eat in the pub.

This is a great "local" pub. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The whole pub is just immaculately clean, which is amazing for such a busy spot. Would highly recommend a visit.

If you are looking for a top notch Dublin pub then you can't miss out on The City Arms. The pub is excellent, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere and locals are great. I would also add that this place has one of the best pints of Guinness in Dublin. There are food trailers next door if you get hungry. I highly recommend this as a regular stop when in town.

20/02/2024: The best chipper! Especially for Coeliacs!! This is the only place I've found gluten free battered sausages, and they're delicious! I highly recommended the gluten free onion rings too, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu here. The lady behind the counter is always so welcoming and friendly, and they have a large selection of GF crackers/bread/pasta/treats available to purchase.

04/01/2024: After a long day of sightseeing, the family wanted to order something as a takeout to enjoy in the hotel, so we decided to order some fish and chips from Anny's. Fish was fresh (cod) - generous portions. The chips were a bit wilted - not as crispy as I would have loved. I asked for malt vinegar on the side, but was told that the chips were already doused in vinegar. When we tried them, they were very light in vinegar flavour. Very frugal with the ketchup packets, too, even though we ordered for 8 people. My vegetarian father-in-law ordered chips and curry - which he enjoyed.
