Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge in Dublin

The window insulation in the bedrooms is very poor, otherwise everything is very good.

Beautiful place to stay, I would go back.

Second stay at the Clayton Ballsbridge - second time super satisfied. Super friendly staff at any place (from reception to restaurant/bar to cleaning) - everyone actually cares. The location is slightly outside the city but still super close to the centre especially by car. The parking is very spacious the only thing that is tricky is the entrance with a bigger car: The left curve is very narrow and sharp and you can see marks of cars scratching the wall :) Thanks to all the team for making the stay smooth and pleasant!

Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped rooms (perhaps a bit less storage space would be nice). The staff is friendly and attentive. Many speak Spanish and are lovely. It's not in the city center, but it's well-connected by public transport. The food is good, both at the breakfast buffet and if you book later. The price is average for the city.

The pictures on the website don't necessarily match the room we actually received. The children playing on the stairs in their pajamas were disruptive, and none of the hotel staff alerted the parents. The room was very dirty under the beds! The breakfast buffet was adequate, but the cold buffet could have offered more variety. Self check-in is unusual, but it worked; however, it felt impersonal!

All the Staff super Nice and Professional. The best breakfast i had in Years!!! Loved it!

At first, our family room wasn't great. But after explaining what we wanted, the manager on duty got us sorted in no time. We will be booking again for sure. The food and service from Andre was excellent.

Lovely staff all over the hotel, room was nice food was fabulous. The Christmas atmosphere was definetly there.

The room was perfectly adequate. The breakfast buffet had limited selection. They have a very basic "fitness" room; in my opinion, it's hardly a gym.
