Nice place, they did stick me in the basement, however it was still a nice and up to date room. Very clean, also the staff are very nice. Restaurant was fantastic, served quick even though a large group. There’s even an on site barbers.

The location is perfect if you're attending an event at the RDS. There are restaurants and shopping options nearby.
Herbert Park is a 10-minute walk away, and the bus stop with regular connections into the city is right outside the hotel.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

We only stayed here because our flight was cancelled on United and this is a hotel they partner with. The desk staff was quick and proficient in getting all of us checked that were sent to this hotel on a charter bus. They explained the dinner and breakfast situation and reserved our taxi for early in the morning. The restaurant staff were very gracious to a good number of tired and weary travelers. I would stay here again even if I was paying.
