Excellent staff, shortages of powerpoints beside beds. Breakfast great, gluten free catered for. Great location , busses outside, taxis available. The building is a bit dated, no ac in rooms but a fan in each room helps.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was due to the exceptional service provided by Bruno, who was my waiter. He was incredibly attentive, always with a smile on his face, and ready to assist with any request. His kindness and professionalism made all the difference, and he certainly contributed to making my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend that anyone staying here asks for Bruno.

It's ok, I would expect more for the price. The room was clean with aged decor, it's a stark contrast to the more modern public areas. An old static shower, but acceptable. Hair in the bath, it was not cleaned fully. The floor gets very wet even with the curtain against the wall. Iron, safe, and kettle provided the in room. Small old flat screen TV. Breakfast was great but €18. Underground parking is very, very narrow but there was lots of space on a Friday at €10 a night. The bed is comfortable but the room gets very warm, aircon would be nice.

We normally choose "affordable and safe" over "luxurious," but we stayed here as part of a group 10-day tour of Ireland, and it was VERY nice.
Room was well supplied and comfortable. I can't really speak to "affordability," as it was part of our package, but we were very pleased with the cleanliness and the excellent service.
