It was all perfect, except for the room, there where some deffects or some things that were "patched" but we also didn't stayed a lot in the room. The personal and services were amazing and very friendly, also the buffet was excellent.

Comfort in the Irish capital!
Large, clean, well-decorated room, good amenities, the breakfast is excellent and served in a beautiful lounge, the staff's service is fantastic and we appreciate the special attention of Luiza and Cassios, they made a difference to our stay. We loved this hotel!
Only the shower pressure was low.

Hotel Reception were busy on on arrival but we were quickly attended to and welcomed to Dublin. It is possible to walk in to Dublin and quite pleasant in the day crossing St Stephen’s Green. However a short walk up the canal is Charlemont Tram Stop on the Green Line which is much more convenient.
The rooms are very well appointed with great facilities and a lovely bathroom.
We had breakfast at the hotel each day and the choices were amazing, well cooked and well served. Having coffee brought to you does make you feel special😊.
We had an evening meal in the bar on the first night and that was quickly/efficiently served despite a huge function happening elsewhere in the hotel.
My only criticism would be the parking which was charged per night and the charges seemed excessive.

The hotel is smart and clean on the surface with good amenities. The gym is the best hotel gym I’ve ever been in, and their breakfast spread is impressive. The staff are quick to respond to questions or assistance and the hotel is convenient for getting into Dublin Town Centre via bus or walking.
However, the rooms definitely need updating. The lights were wired wrong in my first room so I got moved to another room which was in a worse condition. The second room had broken lamp shades, flickering lights, broken bathroom door lock, and excessive sound transmission between my room and the room next door due to a broken ceiling. When I mentioned it at checkout, the staff were very apologetic and offered a free breakfast as an apology, which was appreciated and is a sign of great customer service, but their long term solution is that they need to review the condition of their hotel and put time/money into updates.

Extraordinary customer service. My English is not very good, and I was assisted by a young man named Italo Araujo. Even though he is Brazilian, he spoke to me in perfect Spanish. Despite it being just a phone call and not having even booked a stay at the hotel yet, he was a wonderful person.

I loved the Clayton.The staff is simply amazing. Clean hotel. Suburban location with buses or walk to city. The breakfast is quite good too.
