Really impressed with the quality of service for a place that is both airport adjacent and inside a hotel. Having spent time in both, I’m very happy we made the decision to stay in the hotel for the night (and given how awesome Dublin is, that was a hard sell). Jijo (apologies if incorrect), is an exceptional employee and really helped make what could’ve been a tired-and-annoyed-just-spent-all-day-flying meal into a nice date night with my singularly amazing fiance. The other staff were equally attentive and the food put some luxury hotels I’ve stayed at to shame.
Outstanding dinner last night and breakfast today. Gluten free options. Dinner staff were very knowledgeable and careful about allergens. At breakfast, there was a separate area with gluten free toast and cereals. And alternative milks. Dinner was beet root salad and then Atlantic monkfish - both were excellent. The friendly staff and amazing chefs exceeded my expectations for healthy, delicious and gluten free food. Highly recommend!
