Should be called the Unpleasent Inn. The manager has an attitude problem especially with strangers. Has to figure out if it's a bookies or a pub. Gave him the benefit of the doubt but in the end I just decided it wasn't worth it. Haven't been there in a year.

A corner of real Dublin hidden from the chaotic town, visiting regularly for almost 2 years, quite place, good beer, met local people. Bar tender super friendly Ray, Paddy, Paddy, John. If you find yourself around Rathmines don’t miss it but… don’t get in as a turist, get in as a visitor and catch the vibe. I’ll miss this place.

11/07/2024: Only discovered this place recently as it’s around the corner from work, but I stopped in for a coffee and was really impressed with it! The next day, I actually sacrificed my usual morning coffee to hold out for another coffee from EK and again was very impressed! ☕️ Decided to take the plunge and went there for lunch too - phenomenal! Really delicious take on a ham and cheese toastie! I’ll have to start bringing a packed lunch or I’ll be bankrupt in no time running over there for coffees and food! 😂
