Very attentive friendly staff..the cinema was nice and clean, felt a bit cold watching the movie..but it was a good evening overall..well done Odeon. (the friendly staff made all the difference)

A good movie theatre overall. The screen size and seating arrangements felt small in size, compared to a large scale theatre. Cleanliness was maintained.

I went to see Eddington a few nights ago and i had a pleasant experience. the exit sign inside theatre 3 is definitely too bright for viewing such a dark movie. the popcorn is delicious as always and the staff were lovely.

I just had the most incredible experience at the Odeon Cinema on Saturday night, thanks to the exceptional staff, particularly Carolina! When my car battery died along with my phone, I was in a bit of a pickle. But Carolina, the manager, went above and beyond to help me out. She stayed late to let me charge my phone and even lent me her own personal battery pack! Talk about dedication and kindness!
Carolina's professionalism, empathy, and warm smile made a stressful situation so much better. She's the kind of manager any business would be lucky to have - kind, friendly, respectful, and genuinely caring.
If you're looking for a cinema with outstanding staff, look no further than Odeon! And if you're Carolina's employer, hold onto her tight - she's a gem! I wish her all the best in her career, and I hope she continues to inspire others with her exceptional customer service skills. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give her ten stars if I could!

The cinema could use a bit of a retrofit as the screens feel a little dated, but the staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s relatively well kept, clean, and booking a ticket has never been an issue. Overall, I’ve never had a negative experience here, and it’s a comfortable place to watch a film
