Costa Coffee Park Pointe in Dublin

A regular Costa Coffee store. I like their coffee and customer service was great.

Friendly staff, good cup size for their cappuccino. Nice atmosphere and definitely up to Costa standards. The floor is somewhat dirty. The restroom is dirty, though.

This Costa is in a great location but so overpriced. My main problem is with management or lack of training. The staff are beyond inefficient. The tables and chairs are filthy, no tidy up, the queue is crazy, 3 staff behind the counter and they just cannot seem to get a good system going. No serviettes, no spoons. Beyond frustrating. Sandwiches are great but it would be cheaper sometimes to eat in a restaurant!!

Very close to my office so handy for meeting people offsite.
