Costa Coffee Park Pointe in Dublin

I recently bought a small hot chocolate drink from them, and I was asked if I want marshmallows… I said ‘yes, everything’, and when I check my bill, I was charged €2.25 extra, that’s 75c each for marshmallows, cream, chocolate chips. I think when they ask customers if they want any extra, they better ask like ‘would you like cream for extra 75 cents?’, just to make it clear.

I can not confirm the bad reviews here. Every time I go, mostly Saturday and Sunday morning, I experience great service and good coffee. Nice place to hang out and get lost in a good book
