Good village pub. Some history and atmosphere to be felt. Barman an older guy with no manners. And unmannerly enough to get a review 🙂 Floor staff, young and friendly. €7.50 for pint of Harp is scandalous btw.

A great pub in the heart of the village. The staff are always great and put big sporting events on the TV. Haven't tried the food yet but the drinks and live music is great

Popped in for lunch here recently and had a lovely experience. Food was excellent, staff were very friendly and efficient. The place is very nicely laid out and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

06/06/2026: Lovely meal. Very good service.
24/05/2026: Had a great meal at JD's Steakhouse. The steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavour, the wine selection was excellent, and the service from start to finish was top class. Really nice atmosphere and a very comfortable environment to relax and enjoy a meal. Everything was spot on. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. 5 stars.

27/04/2026: Just a quick stop for a coffee with Mam who's got mobility issues, staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful to Mam and myself, lovely coffee, will be back for a longer visit
17/04/2026: Nice little spot. Have testers some times of some of the food they sell.
