Cumiskey's in Dublin

I go to Cumiskeys Bar on a regular basis to view Premiership football TV coverage and to have a beer or two along with ordering some tapa options on the food menu. The staff are very nice and attentive plus the all floor waitresses are excellent and prompt in providing table service . There is an open fire which ( in the winter) is in a welcome feature and homely. I would recommend all to come and sample the service and atmosphere

650 for a pint of shite. Good service from the (temporary barman ) in neds bar. Sadly The main barman. ( guess he was on a break when I arrived ) has a bad ora about him.

Was home for a few weeks in Dublin after growing up in phibsboro and living abroad for 7 years. This bar became a place of zen for me due to its staff. I spend 6 weeks in Dublin working and dropped into Cumiskeys each week and the pints are amazing. Staff on the other hand are even better. The welcome I got from them after only my second visit to say hello and server me a pint was great. As great as all the staff was, it was Ian from cork who stands out the most. I was able to speak to him about my trip home from Malta to my hometown and he was a great laugh about it. He made it feel like I never left and was an amazing outlet for me to have a laugh with. Thank you Ian and to all the staff as I can’t wait to return home and visit Cumiskeys again for a pint and a laugh with you guys.

Great pub with fabulous food and friendly, efficient staff.

Wonderful lunch. Everything was delicious. Really enjoyed the vegetable soup.
